Merry Christmas is a joint production of Tips Films & Matchbox Pictures, and it was produced by Ramesh & Jaya Taurani, Sanjay Routray, & Kewal Garg.

Starting around December 25, 2021, in Mumbai, principal filming for the film continued until January 20, 2023. The film was shot at several places in Mumbai, such as Filmistan Studio & Chitrakoot Studio.

Daniel B. George was in charge of the orchestral score, while Pritam wrote the music. Pooja Ladha Surti oversaw editing, while Madhu Neelakandan was listed as cinematographer.

Lyca Productions will be in charge of the Tamil adaptation, while Pen Marudhar Entertainment & UFO Moviez will be in charge of distribution in Hindi.

The film was produced by Ramesh Taurani, Jaya Taurani, Sanjay Routray, & Kewal Garg under the auspices of Tips Films & Matchbox Pictures. The release date of Merry Christmas is January 12, 2024.

The first 140 seconds of the video include a split screen showing two mixer grinders, one of which is grinding food items & the other tablet, in a very Sriram Raghavan-ish manner.

Different ensembles of supporting actors appear in the Hindi and Tamil versions of the film, which were shot at the same time. Cast members from the Hindi version include Vinay Pathak, Tinnu Anand, Pratima Kannan, and Sanjay Kapoor.
