We continue our short specials on streaming advice, and after having proposed the five action titles to see on Netflix, including the beautiful Tyler Rake with Chris Hemsworth, we come today to talk about five other titles always in the genre to be recovered or reviewed on Amazon Prime Video, not originals of the service.
The streaming library of the platform in question is really wide, in the action genre, and it is above all composed of third party securities, more than from exclusive productions, which instead aim at a mix of genres. For the occasion, therefore, we have chosen films that have a strong action component while ranging from thriller or sci-fi.
The first is John Wick 3 - Parabellum by Chad Stahelski, the third installment of the saga with protagonista Keanu Reeves and perhaps an example of the greatest stylistic perfection between Western and Eastern cinema. Up Prime Video you can also find the first chapter in subscription, while the second can be rented (but you can find it on Netflix).
The second is instead the madman Guns Akimbo con Daniel Radcliffe, which is an acid trip about a crazy game of slaughter and fun too. We then mention the first and most beautiful Jack Reacher di Christopher McQuarrie, the director's first collaboration with Tom Cruise in a very successful adaptation of the character of Lee Child.
We then conclude with the excellent Baby Driver - The genius of the escape by Edgar Wright, action to musical rhythm, and with Looper at Rian Johnson.
