Talk about little-known movies related to Brad Pitt it may seem like a blasphemy: for almost thirty years now we have been accustomed to seeing the star of Once Upon a Time in ... Hollywood mostly to great critical and box office successes, but digging into his filmography we see some goodies appear that perhaps deserve greater consideration.
Although it cannot be defined as an "unknown film", for example, not many people remember Johnny Suede, a 1991 comedy in which we find a very young Brad in an unprecedented rockabilly version complete with an Elvis Presley-style tuft (and yes, ours also delights us with some singing performances!)
In 1993 it was the turn instead of California, in which the future star of Bastardi Senza Gloria plays a psychopath on parole traveling with another decidedly sui generis couple; moreover, over the years, finding films that someone has no memory of becomes increasingly difficult, but Seven Years in Tibet could easily be part of that category of too often forgotten films and that they certainly deserve a chance.
Even The Mexican, by Gore Verbinski, perhaps enjoys less fame than it deserves, at least as a suitable film to spend a quiet and easy-going evening; we close our top 5 with Allied, from 2016, absolutely recommended for lovers of old school spy movies. Speaking of private life, meanwhile, here's who Brad Pitt's new girlfriend is.
