The Suicide Squad director James Gunn shares a blast comic inspired fanart for the DC film coming to screens this summer.

Waiting to see what the ramshackle gang of DC supervillains in the cinecomic directed by James Gunn, the director wanted to share with us a very inspired fanart starring some of the characters in the film.

King Shark (Sylvester Stallone / Steve Agee), Captain Boomerang (Jay Courtney), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and Peacemaker (John Cena) are just some of the Task Force X members we see committed to fighting Starro , just as the members of the Justice League of America did in the iconic cover of The Brave and the Bold issue 28 (1960), entitled “Starro the Conqueror!”, where Superman’s superhero group was first introduced, Batman, Aquaman, Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter and Wonder Woman.

In The Suicide Squad, we remind you, we will see the following characters:

The film will be released on August 5 in Italian cinemas.
