In recent days, the official title of Captain Marvel 2 was revealed, which will be called The Marvels, to also imply a greater involvement of Monica Rambeau. Thanks to Production Weekly we now also know what the working title of the film is, which is scheduled for release on November 11, 2022.
Interestingly, this news belies that of the working title of Ant-Man and The Wasl: Quantumania, leaked in recent months. The title used provisionally for the Captain Marvel sequel, in fact, is Goat Rodeo, a name that had originally been associated with the cinecomic with Paul Rudd.
The third chapter of Ant-Man, in any case, he too has his new provisional name: the working title is in fact Dust Bunny. However, it seems that to get some more information on the plot we will have to wait a little longer: this name, as well as Goat Rodeo, does not offer too many ideas for interpretations and theories about what we might see on the screen.
The title The Marvels, meanwhile, was welcomed by Teyonah Parris, who we recently saw in the role of Monica Rambeau in WandaVision: the name seems to suggest that there will be space, as well as for Carol Danvers (Brie Larson), also for other characters, such as Monica and Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel.
