The MF Bunko J label of Media Factory has released thirteen volumes as of May 2019. The North American rights to the light novel are held by Yen Press.
Since November 2019, Kadokawa Shoten’s Monthly Shōnen Ace has run an adaptation of the manga by Asuka Keigen. There are seven tankōbon volumes that include it.

No official announcement has been made about the second season at this time. You may watch the first season right now. Production will likely not start until late 2024 and early 2025, even if the program is renewed right after season 1.Season 2 might be released in the winter of 2024–2025 if that timeline is followed.

The Demon Sword Master of Excalibur Academy Season 2 Storyline:
Spoilers abound when an anime is based on a manga and light novel series. So, without giving too much away, I will attempt to give you a general idea of the anime’s plot.
The plot then jumps to a thousand years ago, when six evil lords are at the helm of a catastrophic global battle. Plus, we humans are on the brink of annihilation. Thus, six evil lords used their abilities to fall in succession in order to accomplish this. One is left at the conclusion.
Leonis Death Magnus, King of the Undead, accomplished something before Necrozoa was taken. Magnus prays for rebirth after he wraps himself with an extremely strong shield.
Following an instruction from the Goddess of Rebellion, he plans to return after a thousand years to conquer mankind, but for now he will accept defeat.
The plot twist, however, is that a tiny girl named Riselia Ray Crystalia lives in the town and she is the one who discovered the ancient remains of Magnus.
In the process of her decision to discover it, Magnus reincarnates as a boy of ten years old. Because the girl also assumed he was a refugee, she returned him to town, and Magnus resumed his task.
The continent was consumed by fire a millennium ago, during the Era of Chaos. The conflict between the six evil lords & the six heroes continued for a long time.
A glimmer of hope for humanity’s future emerged when the Dark Lords were vanquished one by one, but the resurrected monarch Leonis Death Magnus managed to escape.
However, no one from the human side was aware that he had confined himself to the lowest cell. Currently, the ancient civilization is crumbling into dust as the Void, humanity’s new adversary, prepares to fill the void. In response to an emerging danger, the universe bestows onto mankind a singular power the Holy Weapon.
The planet is annihilating itself once again due to the immense danger posed by the Void. The surviving human population builds and inhabits massive, movable islands. Every island has an academy that trains the next wave of holy warriors. This place is known as Excalibur Academy.
There is perpetual evil in the universe, and six dark lords are the only ones who can save us from the growing number of evildoers. However, the lords were unable to preserve their dominion as the fury of the evils grew.
The lords’ downfall occurred in rapid succession. But it was a long time ago, in the past. In front of his subjects in Necrozoa’s three capital cities, King Leonis, the primary devil figure, was compelled to kowtow and confess defeat after a fierce battle with the final lord.
But there was a catch his surrender was conditional. If he were to return thousands of years from now, he would ensure that humanity had lost all virtue, peace, and kindness. Absolute devastation will follow Leonis’s assurance that he will return.
