Key Dates On the NFL Calendar

In every single business, there are always key dates on everyone’s calendar. This is the aspect of all businesses because they want to know what dates are more important than others.

There were some key dates in the NFL this past offseason like free agency, the NFL Draft, and the start of training camp and preseason. However, there are some important dates coming up on the NFL calendar. Also the NFL odds are out for Week 1. What are some of the important dates coming up on the NFL calendar?

September 8th, 2022, Opening Night

Thursday, September 8th will be the first game of the 2022 NFL regular season. This will be the first game on the NFL calendar that everyone is looking forward to. The game will kick off at 8:20 p.m. ET at Sofi Stadium in Inglewood, California between the Buffalo Bills and the Los Angeles Rams.

Buffalo is one of the betting favorites to win the Super Bowl this season and Los Angeles is also. However, the Rams won the Super Bowl (LVI) last season against the Cincinnati Bengals. This football game is probably going to have tons of ratings and it will be televised on NBC.

The quarterback battle between Josh Allen and Matthew Stafford is going to be something to watch. It will be interesting to see what happens but the games matter now.

September 11th-12th, 2022 First Sunday/Monday

This will be the first Sunday/Monday of the 2022 NFL regular season. There will be tons of games on Sunday and there will be 14 of them. There will only be one Monday night game this season in Week 1 instead of the usual two they have done in the past during the regular season as a doubleheader.

On Sundays, people love to either go to the casino and gamble or watch the games from home on local TV. The best part of NFL Sundays is watching the NFL Red Zone Channel with Scott Hanson. The famous phrase,” Seven Hours of Commercial Free Football Start Now,” will be here and it is music to tons of ears watching the game of football.

Andrew Siliciano also does NFL Red Zone. There is also an NFL Sunday TV Direct ticket as well. It will be a fun 18 weeks of the 2022 NFL regular season. The Sunday night game on NBC will be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Dallas Cowboys. The Monday night football game will be the Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks. Russell Wilson makes his homecoming to Seattle. The NFL lines for that game are out.

Thursday, September 15th, The Launch Of Thursday Night Football On Amazon Prime

Thursday night football has been shown on NFL Network, CBS, and FOX in the past. This season, it is going to be completely different. Thursday night football is going to be shown only on Amazon Prime this season and you have to have an account in order to watch the games. Otherwise, you are out of luck though.

Vegas NFL odds are not out yet for that Week 2 game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers at Sofi Stadium in Inglewood, California. It will be when Week 1 is immediately over. This is going to be a fun game to watch on Thursday night football because these two football teams are projected to be potential playoff teams in the wild wild AFC West.

Patrick Mahomes II and Justin Herbert are two of the best five quarterbacks in the entire NFL. This should be a fun time for NFL fans.

Tuesday, November 1st, NFL Trade Deadline

The NFL Trade Deadline will be on Tuesday, November 1st. This will be a day where some teams decide to sell their players for more future assets and also where some teams will try to put all of their chips on the table. It will be interesting to see who does what when the times comes and a lot will happen between then also.

Sunday, February 12th, 2023, Super Bowl LVII

This Super Bowl LVII will be played at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
