It is the punctual Deadline to inform us that Warner Bros. won an important and very tight auction for 1 million dollars for the purchase of Stay Frosty, interesting action-thriller written by Tyler Marceca and directed by the excellent Sam Hargrave (Tyler Rake on Netflix) which will see the beloved as the protagonist Idris Elba |.
Produced by Mike Richardson e Keith Goldberg of Dark Horse Entertainment, the film follows the story of a man who miraculously survived a bullet shot in his head. From here his mission will start to understand who it is who wants him dead and above all why, and he must do everything in time to go home for Christmas and spend the holidays with his son.
The product is described as “a John Wick-style franchise and a return to 80s Christmas action movies, between Die Hard and Lethal Weapon”.
