After one season, the reality show on the NBCUniversal cable network has been cancelled.
It comes after the network gave Blake Shelton and Carson Daly’s show Barmageddon a second season because it was the best first episode of a new show in almost three years.
Both Snake in the Grass and Barmageddon were on USA Network’s latest lineup of unscripted shows, which came out in May of last year. Original Productions, which made Deadliest Catch, also made Race to Survive Alaska, which will start in April.

Snake in the Grass Season 2 Storyline:
The story of Snake in the Grass is so exciting that you can’t help but want to try it out for yourself. Well, this reality TV show is about four strangers who are dropped into the wilderness together with the goal of winning $100,000.
They have to figure out who the snake is among them and try to stop them at every turn.
In each episode, a team of four players works together to finish a set of challenges. One of the members has been secretly given the name “Snake” and may try to stop the group’s work without being caught.
At the beginning of the episode, host Bobby Bones gets together with the collective and gives them one hint about who the Snake is. The group then tries a challenge.
If they finish it in a certain amount of time, they get a second clue. After that, the group spends the night at a campsite, where they might find a third clue hidden in the area.
The next day, the group takes part in a second challenge. If they do well, they get a fourth and final clue. Just at end of the day, everyone gets together at the “Snake Pit” to talk about who they think the snake is.
Then, each person casts one vote for the person they think is the snake. If the three honest contestants vote right, they get to share the $100,000 prize, and the Snake gets nothing. If they don’t vote right, the Snake gets the whole prize.
In Snake in the Grass, four strangers were decided to drop into the wilderness and offered the opportunity to win $100,000.
To come out on top, the squad had to start figuring out who the Snake was. The Snake is a saboteur who works behind the scenes to bring down the group.
