Little Fires Everywhere Season 2 storyline:

In 1997, a fire breaks out in the Richardsons’ house. Elena is a journalist. A firefighter tells her she was actually inside the house when it was set on fire on purpose. When Elena saw a car parked on the sidewalk four months ago, she called the police.

Later, the car’s owner called her with an offer to rent the car. Mia Warren is a single mother and an artist. She lives in helen car with her cat Pearl. Mia is down on her luck, so Elena rents the house to her right away.

In December 1996, Bebe wakes up when she hears her baby daughter cry. She runs to the store to buy formula, but she only has 70 cents on her.

She gives her daughter to a fire station to take care of. At the Fortunate Palace restaurant, Bebe tells Mia about her life and how she can’t take care of her child because she’s afraid of being deported.

As they get ready for Mirabelle’s first birthday party, Elena tells Mia that Mirabelle is Chinese and that Linda and Marc adopted her.

Mia offers to take photographs of the occurrence so they can be sure the baby is Bebe’s. Lexie has her boyfriend, Brian, over for dinner. Pearl is also coming. At dinner, Brian finds out that Lexie stole part of Pearl’s essay.

To calm things down, Lexie takes Pearl to buy clothes for the homecoming dance. She soon starts to ask Pearl about her father, though.

Pearl shouts at her mother instead of her dad. At the birthday party, Mia sneaks into Mirabelle’s room and makes sure she is May Ling. Then, she runs to tell Bebe that she has found her daughter.

Bebe is late because she needs to go see her kid. Elena wants to learn so badly that she told Bebe about It may Ling.

In May 1992, Linda gives birth to a child who does not live. She is afraid that Bebe will come back while the McCulloughs are working to finish the adoption process. Izzy can go to Mia’s workshop as long as she doesn’t ask any questions.

When Trip tells Moody that Pearl is going to hang out with Lexie instead of him, Moody gets angry. Elena talks to Mia about May Ling after she finds out that Mia told Bebe about her. Then, Elena goes to Lucky Palace to grab her order and finds out that Bebe works there, too.

In 1976, when Elena was young, she and her high school sweetheart, Jamie, broke up in Paris. She wanted to go home and start the life she had planned, while he was interested in discovering more about life.

When Izzy demonstrates Mia the photo from the New York Times in November 1997, the Richardsons are now sure that Mia is rich on her own. But Mia doesn’t agree and gets angry. Bebe is allowed to come visit, and Linda says that Elena thought Mia was helping Bebe. Elena drops everything and goes to New York to find out more about the “Duo” photo.

Pennsylvania Young Mia moves to New York City in 1981 to go to the Visual Arts School. When she needs to meet her art teacher, Pauline, her skills really start to shine. Pauline brings Mia to the gallery to meet Anita.

She gets to drive to see Jamie while looking for a pacifier for Izzy because she is desperate and lost. They exchange drinks and then face to the hotel.

In July 1997, April plays twist the bottle with her friends and gets Izzy to agree to go to a party. Even though April and Izzy are a great match, their friends make them sneak a kiss in the closet. Even though they are out in the open, April says they were molested.

In December 1997, when the custody battle was still going on, Elena asked Mia which child, Pearl or May Ling, should be kept. Mia keeps talking, and Bill scolds Elena for possibly interfering with a testimony because he doesn’t think Mia’s broken surrogacy agreement has anything to do with the case.

In July 1991, Izzy, who is still a child, brings home a stray cardinal. Elena tells her off after the bird poops in the house.

Izzy picks up one of the bird’s feathers and keeps it after being told that if it was thrown away, the feather would probably die. The McCulloughs win the custody battle, which causes Bebe a lot of pain. Mia tells Bebe and Izzy that there will be a way out.
