There is hardly much sleep! Last week, I got to deliver triplets in front of a large crowd of onlookers in the farm’s parking lot. I was unable to breathe for the final lamb since it was born sideways.
My heart was in my mouth, then it suddenly gasped, to everyone’s applause. The brutal fact is that farming is a matter of life and death. Fortunately, Adam, Rob, and Dave possess exceptional insight.
She is light of my life, Helen said. Although the birth of my first two sons was thrilling, with the third you are more experienced and able to appreciate it. But I’m feeling sensitive. If I want to bring any infants home this week, I might be required to drive a truck to Cannon Hall!”
Adam: “There are a few runty ones I’ll be keeping an eye on. I have piglets to let out on the fresh grass for the first time. We have 50 distinct unique breeds of seven distinct species on a farm that need daily inspection in addition to the spring crops we are sowing.
