NTA CSIR- UGC NET June 2020 Relaxation: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has given great relief to the candidates for the CSIR- UGC NET June 2020 examination. Candidates who are finding it difficult to obtain the mandatory category certificate (SC / ST / OBC / EWS / PwD) or result certificate due to the coronavirus COVID-19 lockdown are exempted for application. Candidates can now fill the application form even without the Cogatory and Result Certificate. This information has been tweeted by Union Human Resource Development Minister, Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on his Twitter account. Apart from this, the latest notification has been released on NTN's official website nta.ac.in.
In fact, Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Saturday tweeted about this exemption and said, 'Dear Joint CSIR-UGC NET desirous! In view of the difficulties you face and the situation arising out of the # COVID19 lockdown, I have advised @DG_NTA to relax the provision of showing mandatory category certificates or uploading certificates, apart from the photo and signature of the candidate. ' , On the official website of NTA has also issued the notification of mandatory category certificate and relaxation in the result.
The NTA said in the notification that the decision has been taken in view of the current situation and difficulties due to the pandemic Kovid-19 lockdown. However candidates and parents keep an eye on csirnet.nta.nic.in and www.nta.ac.in for latest information. The last date for online application for NTA CSIR-UGC NET June 2020 is till 15 May 2020.

Let us know that the NTA CSIR-UGC NET exam is conducted twice a year in June and December. The registration process for June 2020 has started and the exam is expected to be held on 21 June 2020. The UGC NET exam is conducted to certify eligibility for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Candidates who have passed the examination are eligible to apply for Assistant Lecture posts or JRF posts. Only candidates below 28 years of age can take JRF exam. There is no age limit in the case of Assistant Lectureship.
