Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal together again for a curious Avatar-related biopic

After working together in Nocturnal animals, the Oscar-nominated actors Amy Adams e Jake Gyllenhaal they will collaborate again to produce an adaptation of the memoir Finding the Mother Tree, which influenced James Cameron’s Avatar.

Amy Adams will play scientist Suzanne Simard, a sort of scientific investigator who in the course of her career has discovered how trees are able to communicate underground through an immense network of mushrooms.
