Saudi Aramco appoints Mark Weinberger to board of directors

DUBAI (1) - Saudi Aramco has appointed Mark Weinberger to its board of directors as an impartial board member, changing Andrew Gould, the corporate mentioned in a press release on Sunday.

Weinberger was the world Chairman and CEO of EY (beforehand generally known as Ernst & Younger) from 2013 to 2019.

He presently serves as a director on the boards of Johnson & Johnson and Metlife in addition to being a member on a number of boards of trustees, together with the US Council for Worldwide Enterprise (USCIB).
