Selling Sunset Season 6 Release Date, Cast, Plot, and Everything You Need to Know

With Selling the OC, Netflix’s newest reality show, premiering this week and introducing a new group of glamorous estate agents, fans may start to wonder when we’ll see the original Oppenheim Group crew again.

Chrishell Stause says that Netflix has picked up Selling Sunset for a seventh and sixth season, so we’ll be going back to the West Hollywood office.

The last season was pretty exciting. Jason and Chrishell started dating, but they broke up before the reunion. There have also been rumors that Christine Quinn, one of the show’s most interesting characters, has quit.

The fifth season of Selling Sunset just came out on Netflix. It shows how Chrishell Stause, as well as Jason Oppenheim, interact with each other and how things work just At Oppenheim Group.

Fans are looking forward to a possible sixth (!) season of a show, even though it seems like Christine Quinn is always making trouble for the real estate agents. Will it happen? When could it come out? Is there already a trailer? Here’s what we know currently about the sixth season of Selling Sunset.

The drama goes on. After Selling Sunset season 5 ended with much more than answers, people cannot wait for 6 to finish all the plotlines that were left open.

In April 2022, the split between Chrishell Stause as well as Jason Oppenheim was shown on the reality show. During season 5, the two were dating, but they decided to break up because they had different ideas about having kids.

“He just told me he doesn’t want kids, and as much as it hurts me to say it, I’ve told him what that means, so we’re done. We broke up,” Chrishell told co-star Emma Hernan after she and Jason broke up outside of the show.

“I’m just disappointed. I just feel as though users never get it right, and I guess that’s the lesson of life. And by now I should know better, but I did think this was the end.”

At the time, the erstwhile soap actress said that after their hard decision, she didn’t know where she stood with Jason as a coworker. “I don’t want to cry over a guy,” she said in the last scene.

“We went into this knowing this was the case. I knew this before we started. But it’s one of those items where I do need time alone to help me get over it. This is bad. I’m not sure if we can continue to work together.”

Selling Sunset Season 6 Release Date

Selling Sunset season 6 is coming, but there isn’t a confirmed date for it yet. However, Netflix has confirmed it. Sources told US Weekly in January that Selling Sunset had already been picked up for a sixth and seventh season. On June 23, 2022, Netflix confirmed the news.

The first season came out in March 2019, the second in May 2020, and the third in August 2020. Then, season 4 came out in November 2021, and season 5 came out in April 2022, so there isn’t much of a pattern to obey to figure out when season 6 might come out.

A source told US Weekly that there will be “a bit of the break” before trying to film for seasons 6 and 7. This means that season 6 might not come out until 2023. The production is reported to begin “this summer,” but that doesn’t tell us when to anticipate it to come out.

Selling Sunset Season 6 Cast

Netflix hasn’t said for sure who will be back for season 6 of Selling Sunset, but, likely, Jason Oppenheim, Brett Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather Young, Davina Potratz, Amanda Smith, and Emma Hernan will all be back.

But Christine Quinn probably won’t be on Selling Sunset again. According to TMZ, she won’t be on either season 6 or 7 of a reality show.

This isn’t a big surprise, since Quinn skipped the very last Selling Sunset meeting as well as Jason Oppenheim said, “There’s no place for her in The Oppenheim Group.” Just on the Oppenheim Group website, she is no longer recognized as a real estate agent.

Quinn is not the only real estate broker to leave the show. In June, Maya Vander shared on her Instagram story that, even though it wasn’t easy, she quit because she and her family were moving to Miami.

She went on to say in last month’s issue of Us Magazine that she thinks she’s “I’m always going to have regrets” about abandoning the show, she said. “But at the finish of the day, I have priorities, and my preferences are my relatives and taking care of myself.” Since I lost my pregnancy, I had a very stressful year, so I believe it was the right choice.”

The Oppenheim Group website lists Chelsea Lazkani and Vanessa Villela as two of the agents who are likely to return to Selling Sunset.

Selling Sunset Season 6 Plot

After everything that happened in season 5, there will be a lot to talk about. Chrishell’s relationship with Australian musician G Flip, which began after she broke up with Jason in late 2021, is one of the most interesting storylines that could happen.

But it’s not sure if G Flip will appear on the show. The show’s creator, Adam DiVello, told E! Headlines that this has been talked about, but it’s not a done deal.

“Chrishell has been a good sport with us from the start, telling us about her breakup from Justin Hartley, her relationship to Jason [Oppenheim], and her journey to becoming a mother,” he told the publication in July.

“We are in the middle of a season change. We’re just getting ready to start making six. We haven’t talked about it with Chrishell yet. I hope we can see G Flip.”

Selling Sunset is indeed an American reality TV show that chooses to follow the real estate professionals just At Oppenheim Group. It was made by Adam DiVello and stars Christine Quinn.

It was on Netflix for the first time on March 21, 2020. Selling Sunset will have a second episode, which is already being made.

When Selling Sunset came out in March 2020 on Netflix, it quickly was one of the most-watched shows on the service. The show follows the personal and professional lives of real estate professionals who collaborate again For Oppenheim Group, a luxury brokerage based in Los Angeles.

Selling Sunset has been praised for how dramatic it is and how much it shows about the personal lives of real estate brokers. Selling Sunset is supposed to be a reality show, but some viewers have wondered how much of it is set up.

Even though we don’t understand something about Selling Sunset season 6, fans have a lot of questions after the reunion earlier this year.

Chrishell Stause’s relationship with percussionist G Flip and how Helen works with her ex-boyfriend Jason Oppenheim should be explored in the next season.

Adam DiVello, who made the new show, told The court! News that he’s talked with Chrishell about whether or not G Flip will be in it.

In July, he said, “Chrishell has been a good sport since the first day we met her. She has shared everything with us, from her breakup with Justin Hartley to Helen’s relationship with Jason Oppenheim to her journey with her baby.”

“We are in the middle of a season change. We’re just getting ready to start making six. We haven’t talked about it with Chrishell yet… I hope humans do get to meet G Flip.”

Heather Young told her Instagram followers earlier in the year that she and her husband, Tarek El Moussa, are expecting a baby in early 2023. Since filming is set to happen around now, we’ll likely follow the couple through their pregnancy.
