Richard Herd, the veteran actor known for playing Mr. Wilhelm in the comedy "Seinfeld" and who appeared in critically acclaimed films such as "All the President's Men" and "The China Syndrome," unfortunately lost his life on Tuesday.
After a long and hard battle with cancer, Herd perished at his home in Los Angeles, the sad news was released by his wife, also actress Patricia Crowder, to the Hollywood media.

His career of approximately five decades began in his first role in a television series, playing Captain Sheridan, in the US television network police action drama “T.J. Hooker ”.
