Succession Series Season 5 Storyline:

Succession’s creator, Jesse Armstrong, said in an appearance in The New Yorker that the series would conclude with its forthcoming fourth season.
“I never thought that this would last forever. I’ve every time been kind of aware of the end. I’ve been trying to figure out since Season 2:
“Is it the next one, the following one, or the one that follows?” Armstrong said to The New Yorker. “We could do two more seasons or two shorter ones. Or, we could keep going for a long time and change the display into something else.
It could be a more random, fun show where some weeks are good and some are bad. Or, we might do something a little bit stronger and more full, and start off pretty strong. And that was always the thing I liked best.”
Armstrong went on to say that the end of Succession doesn’t mean that the main characters will never see each other again.

In an interview with Deadline, Nicholas Braun, who plays Greg Hirsch, talked about his forthcoming narrative with Matthew Macfadyen’s Tom Wambsgans. He said that “Greg shifts into another gear” in season four because “he and Tom have a new frequency.”
“Greg seems to have so much freedom. “Take myself to the dark side,” he says. When he plays Greg, he is a scared guy who always wonders if what he is doing is right or wrong. The next chapter seems to be “Let’s go!””
According to Deadline, Braun has also hinted at a “higher gear” for Greg. He said, “He and Tom have a new frequency.”
Even though it’s not evident how so much time will elapse, Macfadyen has hinted that Season 4 will involve a time jump of some sort. “We are given a bit of time back after everything has calmed down. “Not very much,” Macfadyen told Deadline, though.
“It’s a good ending, and it needs to set up the story for what will happen next. He thinks he’s only thinking about himself. You could say that his brothers-in-law and wife have caused him to suffer. I don’t want to spoil anything. It’s set up well.”
After Kendall and Logan went to war at the media briefing at the end of Season 2, the political battle for Waystar Royco got worse in Season 3.
Logan lied to Shiv last season and made her think she would be his successor. This season, Gerri (J. Smith-Cameron) is named interim CEO while Logan takes a break.
Kendall tries to get Shiv, Roman, and Connor (Alan Ruck) to join him and take down Logan, but they don’t want to because Kendall is the CEO of the other side.
Greg leaves Kendall’s team and signs a signed contract with Waystar, which causes his angry grandfather to take away his inheritance. Meanwhile, Tom offers to go to prison if the DOJ inquiry into the sailing scandal leads to a guilty verdict.

On IMDb, the tv series has a good score of 8.8/10, and on Rotten Tomatoes, the average score from the audience is 85%. So, I think you have to see this show. Even though the acting is great and I can see why reality TV fans would like it, neither the subject nor the characters are interesting to me. In fact, they are boring characters that make it hard to watch them.
They are regular people who have saved up a lot of money. Why should I care about making sure they are safe? Their dramas with each other and their acts are both boring. It’s like watching a jacket of paint dry or cows graze.
In this situation, this family is also dysfunctional, which is used by the show to make plot lines. So, if you like to watch people who are sad, this will be right up your alley.
Still, I can’t relate to it or find it entertaining, so I don’t remember it. Even though it’s not a bad show, I don’t find it very interesting.
