Singham Again Storyline:

Durai Singam conducts an undercover mission in Thoothukudi, eight months subsequent to the events depicted in the previous film. While working as an NCC master in a school, Singam investigates the illicit activities transpiring within the city.

The sole individuals informed regarding the operation are Home Minister Ramanathan and Chief Minister Kumaravel. Sathya, a +2 student, harbors a profound affection for Singam, despite the fact that he is awaiting the marriage of his other girl, Kavya. Soundarapandi, Singam’s father, is furious with his son’s decision to leave the police force.

He also forbids Singam and Kavya from wedlock out of concern that Kavya’s billionaire dad, Mahalingam, may abscond with Singam to oversee his business empire, causing Singam to lose the respect of his relatives.

Susai, a local individual employed as a peon at Singam’s school, demonstrates various regions of Thoothukudi to Singam while recounting shady occurrences in those specific areas.

Singam requests that Erimalai and Damodarai, two of his colleagues, be transferred to assist him, per Ramanathan. Subsequently, Singam becomes aware that Sathya is the niece of Thangaraj, a prominent criminal organization implicated in financial and maritime frauds.

Thangaraj is affiliated with Bhai, who exercises authority over the southeastern coast of Tamil Nadu. Michael Kong, also known as Danny, an international gangster as well as drug lord, is acquainted with both Bhai and Thangaraj. Singam remains unaware of their relationship and continues to monitor Bhai during his off-duty hours.

Following a verbal altercation in a pub, Saghayam, the chief of Bhai, an illicit drug importer, abducts a girl of a different caste subsequent to her brother’s insult and demands payment for her until sunset. As a consequence, riots ensue between the two gangs within the city, forcing Singam’s school principal to suspend classes for the day.

Over time, Singham as well as Avni develop a romantic attachment to one another. It is subsequently disclosed that Singham, who had traveled to Shivgarh on an undercover assignment to gather evidence against Babaji, had not resigned.

Upon their return to Mumbai, Babaji immediately begins to threaten the family of Singham. Conversely, Rao causes detriment to every one of Guruji’s contenders, including Avni, on account of the fact that her concealed brother Kishore is a candidate.

While Singham successfully rescues all parties involved, one of Babaji’s henchmen, Altaf Khan, emerges from a coma and begins to testify against him prior to their resignation.

Singham places Babaji and Rao under arrest. However, outside the courtroom, party employees launch an assault that claims the lives of the witnesses. As a result, Babaji and Rao are exempt from scot-free behavior. Singham and his team arrive at their residences without wearing their police uniforms, with the assistance of police officers from all over Mumbai.

They prevail against the forces of Babaji and Rao. Singham’s team intrudes upon Babaji’s residence and mockingly subjects Babaji and Rao to torture by shooting an actual bullet into each of their buttocks.

Rao and Baba, who are wounded and humiliated, confess the truth; their confessions are captured in secret on camera and broadcast live on radio and television. The elections were won by Guruji’s party a few weeks later.

Singham is once again threatened and taunted by Rao and Baba as they are being taken to jail in a van. The van stops abruptly, and the driver immediately exits.

Both of them are killed when a water tanker collides with the van, causing it to be pushed into a power station. Inspector Dev Phadnis, an ally of Singham, informs the media that the brakes failed and the incident was classified as an accident a fabrication by Singham that bore resemblance to the manner in which Mahesh was fatally wounded.
