It debuted on BBC iPlayer on October 25, 2018. The main girl, Mia (Lisa Ambalavanar), joins a summer camp on an island with dark mysteries.
The show was made available on Netflix in other countries on August 30, 2019. In December 2019, the BBC withdrew from the project, and it was announced that Netflix will host the show’s second season. The second season of Netflix was made available on June 25, 2021.
Mia (Lisa Ambalavanar), a powerful, endearing young lady who arrives to a British summer camp on the isolated Peregrine Island intending to be a dominating force in the group, was introduced to fans in the initial season of “The A List.”
However, Mia soon encounters Amber (Ellie Duckles), an enigmatic character who seizes the spotlight.
Mia starts to observe a string of paranormal occurrences that appear to follow Amber about everywhere she goes as she tries to control her emotions of envy while enjoying her summer on the lovely island off the coast of the UK.
The A List Season 2 Release Date:
The first season of “The A List” was created for the streaming platform iPlayer in order to compete with adolescent dramas like “Riverdale,” episodes of which were released on Netflix following its CW premiere.
This information comes from a conversation with executive producer Anne Brogan for BBC News. But not one aside from Netflix itself quickly noticed “The A List”‘s success in the U.K. and quickly purchased the global distribution rights.
According to a Deadline article with main writer Nina Metivier, the agreement would prove crucial when BBC unexpectedly walked out of creating Season 2, enabling Netflix to assume the lead on planning more episodes.
According to Deadline, the second season was scheduled to premiere on December 28, 2019, but the impending COVID-19 pandemic would delay the show’s return to television.
Fans did, however, finally discover the Season 2 premiere date of “The A List” via the latest Netflix trailer after over a year of waiting. On June 25, 2021, the program will resume.

The A List Season 2 Storyline:
The official trailer is the most reliable source for fans to attempt to piece together what the narrative of “The A List” Season 2 will be since no one connected with the show has spoken extensively about the next chapter.
According to the little footage shown in the next season’s promotions, “The A List” Season 2 will thoroughly resolve the cliffhanger ending of Season 1.
Dave and Brendan are concerned that something more dangerous is being concealed, despite the fact that the strange events the groups saw in Season 1 were first attributed to hallucinations brought on by a dangerous chemical leak.
Mia decides to go into the mysterious institution where Alex, Kayleigh, and Midge have been taken in order to understand more about what is happening with her and her friends. Additionally, it appears that the supernatural abilities that Mia, Midge, and Amber first met in the initial season of the show help them all to forge closer bonds with one another.
Fans must wait until June 25 to witness all eight of Season 2’s episodes to see what these new skills imply for the “The A List” characters.
For the summer, a group of teenagers travel to Peregrine Island. After becoming friends via their shared love of fashion, Mia, Kayleigh, and Alex move in together as roommates.
Mia hates Amber right away since she is playing an introduction game when she comes late. Mia arranges a party, but she omits Amber off the guest list.
While engaging capture the flag, Amber appears to fall on the rope connect and asks Mia for help. Mia attempts to assist, but Amber accidentally falls in the river in an effort to make the other campers despise Mia.
In the shower with Amber hovering over her, Mia finds Kayleigh cutting the majority of her hair off with scissors.
Amber is politely invited to Mia’s party, but she rejects, thus the event is postponed. Later, when Mia learns that Amber has rearranged the group, she confronts her on a cliff, where Amber then jumps to her death.
When Mia arrives at the other campers to explain how Amber jumped off the cliff, she is shocked to see Amber unharmed.
After being pulled out to the camp, Mia snatches a tool out of Dev’s pocket as they are conversing.
When they finally leave, Mia finds Mags shaking in the building’s back. When they beg Mags for help, she reacts by offering them an injection that can kill Amber.
Alex is about to inject her when Amber takes over, compelling her to attack Mia and the other campers.
Mia rejects Amber’s attempts to have her leap over the cliff, which disables Amber’s powers and separates her from Midge. When the campmates are released from her captivity, Midge emerges from the cliff’s edge.
Since no one associated with the program has extensively addressed the next season, the official trailer is the only resource for fans to attempt to piece together what the story of “The A List” the second season will include.
Fans may infer that Season 2 of “The A List” will thoroughly examine the cliffhanger conclusion of Season 1 from the small clips presented in the forthcoming season’s promos. Despite the fact that the groups’ bizarre experience in Season 1 are attributed to hallucinations brought on by a deadly chemical leak, it is obvious that Dave and Brendan believe that a more terrible secret is being kept from the public.
Mia goes to find the strange institution where Alex, Kayleigh, and Midge are being held in order to learn more about what happens to her and her friends.
Additionally, it seems that Mia, Midge, and Amber all develop a stronger bond with the paranormal abilities they first started experiencing in the first season of the show.
Fans of “The A List” just need to be ready to watch all eight of the second season’s episodes when they become available on June 25 to see precisely what these new talents entail for the characters of the show.
