If he decides to stay in that place, he’s going to end up like Homelander “Kripke said. “So I think it’s a hint that Butcher and Homelander will fight over Ryan, which will be one of the biggest problems in season four.”

We don’t know yet if Season 4 will have a new “big bad.” Soldier Boy has been stopped, but most importantly, he is not dead. So when the next season comes around, he might be taken off of the ice again. But we think Kripke will have a new trick up his cuff for season 4, when we may finally meet a person who will beat Homelander for good.
