The Great Christmas Light Fight is an American reality TV show that started on December 9, 2013. It was originally called “Posh Lights, Camera, Christmas!”
Each episode of The Great Christmas Light Fight follows a different set of family members or friends who put on elaborate Christmas light shows.
Manufacturers have already decided which contestants they like best. The displays are judged by how they use lights, how they look overall, and how much Christmas spirit they show.
Each exhibition is listed on its own. The judge or judges then look at the display and all of its details. Once all of the competing companies have indeed been reread, a winner is chosen, as well as the benches go back to the winner to toast them. Each week, the winner gets $50,000 and a trophy with a holiday theme.

The Great Christmas Light Fight Season 10 Storyline:
The Great Christmas Light Fight is an American reality TV show that started airing on ABC on December 9, 2013. As part of ABC’s holiday schedule, the show is usually split into two one-hour episodes that air back-to-back on Mondays during the first four weeks of December.
In each episode of The Great Christmas Light Fight, a number of families or groups put on elaborate light shows for Christmas.
The producers pick the contestants before the show even starts. The presentations are judged on 3 items: how they use lights, how they look as a whole, and how much Christmas spirit they show.
Each presentation is given by itself first, before the judge or judges look over the presentation and the details of it.
Once all of the contestants have been looked at, a winner is selected and the judge goes back to congratulate the winner.
Each week’s winner gets $50,000 and a trip according to the subject matter of the episode.
Later, the show turns into a competition, and Michael Moloney, Sabrina Soto, Taniya Nayak, and Carter Oosterhouse are the judges.
The Great Christmas Light Fight is back for its 10th season with new episodes every week for the 1st 3 weeks of the Christmas season. In the next episode of the “lit” series, luxury specialist Carter Oosterhouse and famous designers Taniya Nayak help pick out the brightest houses in America.

How Is The Great Christmas Light Fight Judged?
The show’s judges are Carter Oosterhouse, an expert on living well, and Taniya Nayak, an interior designer. Since the third season, all judges have appeared on the show.
Over the duration of six weeks, the show is filmed by going from light show to light show to interview people and take pictures of the lights.
The judges look at how the display is put together and how well it is lit. The judges and members of the team then go away to the winner’s residence for the reveal.
Tanya and Carter have the same great sense of how things should look and be built.
