The Owner, first taste of horror with Maisie Williams thanks to the new video

It's thanks to Empire Magazine that we can show you the first official clip of the intriguing and scary The Owners, new horror home invasion written and directed by Julius Berg which sees as the main protagonist Maisie Williams, the beloved Arya of the now concluded saga of Game of Thrones on HBO.

You can see the creepy clip above, where the actress character is in tears talking to two downright chilling elderly gentlemen. "Someone could get hurt"says the old woman, and more than a warning it seems like a promise.

Williams is the protagonist of the project together with Sylvester McCoy (Famous for The Hobbit, but above all for having interpreted the seventh incarnation of the Doctor Who) e Rita Tushingham.

The film, which is set inRural England of the 90s, tells the story of two friends, Nathan and Terry, who are pushed by the disreputable Gaz to rob the home of a wealthy family in the area. Nathan's girlfriend, Mary (our Maisie Williams), she doesn't agree to implement the plan, but the situation looks very favorable. Everything will change when the Huggins, the owners of the house, will return sooner than expected, starting a series of bloody (and deadly) consequences that we will witness.

The Owners is expected in digital rental on February 22, 2021. Let us know what you think of the clip of the film in the comments at the bottom of the news.
