Opened by the unmistakable voice of Edoardo Bennato singing “The Cat and the Fox”, the new trailer for Luca of the Pixar was published as a surprise a few minutes ago.
Set in a seaside town on the Ligurian Riviera, Luca tells the story of a young boy who lives an experience of personal growth during an unforgettable summer. The protagonist spends time having fun with his new best friend, but both have a deep secret: they are actually sea monsters from a world located just below the surface of the water.
The film was directed by the very Italian Enrico Casarosa, former collaborator of Pixar and nominated for an Oscar with the animated short film ‘La luna’ (available on Disney +). In the original voice cast ddi Luca we find Jacob Tremblay, Jack Dylan Grazer, Emma Berman, Maya Rudolph, Marco Barricelli e Jim Gaffigan.
