Pixar has decided to celebrate twenty-five years of Toy Story - The world of toys together with their fans. Through Twitter, Pixar has commissioned some fun artwork for the 25th anniversary of the film's release in theaters. The film's success was immediate and spawned three more equally successful films.
Before the release of the last film, Tom Hanks, voice actor of the cowboy Woody, told the emotions of the last dubbing for Toy Story 4:"It's a great movie, a wonderful movie. We don't know what it looks like, we started going to a recording studio for sessions like five / six hours every six / eight months, I don't know how it will turn out. It may seem ridiculous. because I'm in it but it's one of the best movies I've seen in my life. I don't know how to put it any other way, it really is ".
Hanks went on to delve into the ending of Toy Story 4:"When I walked in for my last day of recording, I wanted to turn my back to them, because you are usually facing the director [...]" declared the actor, showing all his emotion for the end of an era.
Toy Story - The world of toys tells the story of little Andy's toys; when the child is not in his room they come to life, led by their leader Woody, a cowboy. However one day Andy is given a new toy that could seriously endanger Woody's leadership: astronaut Buzz Lightyear.
Tom Hanks as Woody (in the Italian version voiced by Fabrizio Frizzi in the first three films and Angelo Maggi in Toy Story 4) and Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear (Massimo Dapporto in our local version).
