What We Do in The Shadows Season 4 Storyline:

The audience was left hanging over a precipice in the season 3 conclusion. Simms did mention in an interview that the program would handle the dramatic cliffhanger finale, despite the fact that we don’t learn enough about the idea of What We Do in the Shadows Season 4.

We anticipate that Season 4 will find out as a result of this terrible incident. What will Nandor, Lazlo, & Nadja do to Guillermo once they realize he has the ability to slay vampires? What would the blood-sucking trio that commits the most heinous crime do in the vampire society?

Simms didn’t specify the actual location of each actor, but we can anticipate that the core actors would go back to Staten Island at the beginning of the season.

Due to the executive producer, Guillermo’s genealogy will also be explored further in Season 4. In Season 4, Guillermo could have to decide between his family of vampire hunters and his vampire overlords. Although the season 4 story has not yet been fully confirmed, we’ll let you know as soon as we do.

The greatest unknown heading into season 4 is unquestionably how Colin Robinson’s unexpected return would affect the program. The energy vampire spends the entirety of season three seeking for information about his type and their origins, only to get severely sick on the day he turned 100 and eventually die like a sluggish pumpkin. He does, however, presently exist as a scary baby.

But when Colin Robinson reaches maturity, will he still be the same person? Showrunner Paul Simms has asked himself the question. Is it inevitable that he’ll turn into an energy vampire once again as an adult? Or is it feasible that he may develop into an ordinary, fascinating person? According to him, it is kind of the central mystery of season four.

Sam Johnson, a writer, provided the following response when asked by Assignment X how they created the impact for Colin in season four:

“I’ll admit it’s a challenge, and it’s one of those ideas where, while writing it, you have to stop thinking, ‘How are we gonna to do this?’ and simply go, ‘This would be really great.'”

“And then, after you’re done with that, you find yourself in endless Zoom meetings, repeatedly, wondering, ‘How the eff are they going to accomplish this?'” However, I believe we have everything worked out, and it will be really enjoyable and rewarding.

Proksch continued by describing what it was like to shoot with all of the special effects required for Colin: Because of the very nature of the beast, parts of it will be completed while I’m still present for others. It’s a really challenging scenario.

“You know, you are able to throw a suit onto somebody to make them look bigger, or with makeup, you may make them look younger or older, but to put a grown adult’s face or gestures or acting onto a baby takes a heck of a lot of technology,” he said.

While it will probably be the season’s major storyline, we can also anticipate a new dynamic between Laszlo & Nadja. The former was supposed to go to England with his wife to join the Supreme Vampiric Council, however he sent her off with Guillermo and remained in Staten Island to covertly look after Colin Robinson.

In the meanwhile, Nandor has decided to tour the globe by himself in an effort to find purpose in his meaningless existence. This opens up even more options as we meet other vampires and other animals from other nations.

Simms hinted at the presence of a variety of new supernatural creatures in season four at the 2021 New York Comic Con, saying: “There is an episode that we will be shooting in season all four that Yana [Gorskaya] is directing, and it is probably the most ambitious episode that we’ve produced as far as seeing the other creatures of the supernatural world.”

Season four will not, however, address the current epidemic. Harvey Guillén, who plays Guillermo, told SyFy Wire, “We’ve developed a world where people escape to enjoy our show.”There is no justification for making those waters muddy. We are aware of the situation.

The cast hasn’t let that stop them from speculating about how the pandemic might unfold if it were a part of the show, however. They would have spotted the masks, but Matt Berry, who portrays Laszlo, speculated: “I suppose they’d have assumed it was some sort of fad. Due to the lack of other people, they would have extra time in the night to walk the streets.

“I think that’s what the beauty of them as well as the show is: you don’t have to pay any attention to current events because they are such self-involved people who have lived through each president, every regime, and every pandemic,” said Nadja actor Natasia Demetriou. They would only comment, “Oh, that was fast! Wow, that’s not like the Spanish Flu.
