Zack Snyder unveils new, crazy Netflix 'zombie-heist' posters

In the past few hours the director Zack Snyder returned to his hugely popular page of the social network Twitter to reveal to his followers the new posters of Army of the Dead, 'zombie-heist' coming out on Netflix in the month of May.

The posters, that present the eleven protagonists led by Dave Bautista (plus the villain, the 'king of the zombies' Zeus already glimpsed in the Army of the Dead trailer together with the tiger Valentine) and as usual they are available at the bottom of the article.

We remind you that Army of the Dead represents Zack Snyder's return to the zombie movie at seventeen Dawn of the Dead, remake of the cult by George Romero that marked his directorial debut. The two films will not be linked, and Army will be set in a narrative universe in which the zombie epidemic, after having broken out, was contained within the confines of the city of Las Vegas, now a real hell on Earth: a group of soldiers will embark on a suicide mission to recover, in a casino, a booty of two hundred million dollars. Netflix and Snyder have already made a prequel movie Army of the Thives and I'm also working on an animated TV series that will further expand the franchise.

In addition to Dave Bautista, the cast of Army of the Dead includes Ella Purnell, Omari Hardwick, Ana de la Reguera, Theo Rossi, Matthias Schweighöfer, Nora Arnezeder, Hiroyuki Sanada, Tig Notaro, Raúl Castillo, Huma Qureshi and Garret Dillahunt. The film is scheduled for release on Netflix on May 21, 2021.
