In a Madrid hospital bed, Elena (Megan Montaner) is unconscious; Paco (Miguel ngel Silvestre), broken by guilt, attempts to care for her. Our trio of heroes must confront a strange new foe (Paul Giamatti), someone so repulsive even though the devil is afraid of him, while terror spreads all around them.
Exorcist and former criminal Father Vergara now lives in the sleepy Spanish village of Pedraza and is working to put his difficult past behind him.
