All the students except board candidates in Bihar will be in the next class without result.

Bihar government has announced that all the students of classes 1 to 9 and 11 in the state will be promoted to the next class without result. This decision has been taken in view of the increasing prevalence of coronavirus epidemic. According to the report of the news agency ANI, the Bihar Education Department said, "In view of the outbreak of coronovirus, all the students of classes 1 to 9 and 11 will be promoted to the next class."

However, the board candidates i.e. 10th and 12th students will be passed on the same result as before. The board has released the 12th result only last month, while the 10th result is yet to be released. The work of checking the copies of 10th has also been completed to a great extent, so it will not take long to issue the result to the board. As soon as the lockdown opens, the copy checking work will be completed as soon as possible and the 10th result will also be released.

Several states including Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh have already decided to promote students to the next class without examinations. The Uttar Pradesh Board has also said today that the results of the board examination are not possible till June. In such a situation, all boards can take more time to issue the results.

Please tell that Bihar Board had declared the results of 12 intermediate examinations on 24 March itself. A total of 80.44 per cent students have passed the intermediate examination. The result has been better this year than the previous year and the result of girls is higher than boys.
