Britannia Season 4 Storyline:
Britannia season three ended with an interesting cliffhanger, displaying Cait in Rome after already being deceived by her mentor – and seemly now Aulus’ wife.
Since so much was revealed in the last few scenes, there will be a lot to explain in the next season. This might be the biggest change to the show since it started.
It looks like Britannia may not show up at all upcoming season, with most of the action happening in Rome. This would be true to history, as Aulus did go back to Rome after only a few years as ruler of Britain.
We probably won’t know much about season four’s plot until production starts, but rumours say that Cait may bring down Rome by trying to introduce Christianity, and that she will also finally find the Spear and let Lokka out of her body.
In Season 3, things started to change. Everything was fixed by the show’s creators, and the show went on.
Cait began to dream about Veran and another Druid, which is how she learned about her vision. She ended up going to Roman Camo, where she met the soldiers and found out that she hadn’t been there when everything went down.
She met Lucius, who told her where the spear was, but Hample died him and then killed himself. In the upcoming season, more things will be looked into, and every one of the questions will be answered.
The story of Britannia takes place in 43 AD, when the Romans came to Britain. Julius Caesar tried to take over Britain 90 years before, but he failed.
General Aulus Plautius and his second-in-command, Lucius, are driven to succeed where Julius Caesar failed, by any means necessary.
Aulus, an experienced warrior, sets up a strong camp, talks to prisoners, even children, and finds out that the Druids are the ones who lead the many tribes he has to fight.
He decides, “You can’t win over the people; you have to win over their gods.” He meets the Druids and goes on a quest to see the future. Soon, he is speaking aloud to Lokka, a demon king.
Cait, a young woman from the Cantii tribe, is about to become an adult and actually participate in a ritual to mark the event whenever the Romans massacred most of her tribe. She has to run away and ends up in the forest, where she meets Divis “The Outcast,” an unlikely protector, and bonds with him.
Divis is a Druid who can predict the future, induce trances, and see visions. He seems crazy, though, and Veran, the commander of a Druids in Britannia, has sent him away.
Divis wanders around the countryside looking for clues about what his visions of the end of the world mean. He thinks he is on a mysterious “mission.”
Kerra is a queen as well as the daughter of the king of the Cantii. She worries about the safety of her people.
The Cantii and the Regni, a strong and large tribe, have always been at odds. The only thing that keeps the Cantii safe is a natural fortress made of granite that can’t be broken into.
But King Pellenor doesn’t do anything to get ready to fight the Romans. Instead, he relies on subtle hints from of the Druids to decide what to do.
Phelan, Kerra’s brother, seems to be weak. Kerra takes bold steps on her own to deal with the Roman threat. She calls for a meeting and goes into Regni territory.
Her actions make her father angry, so he sends her to the Druids to be judged and possibly skinned alive, like her mother.
In the chaos and fear induced by the invasion, Romans and Britons work together and betray each other. The Romans are getting stronger, but disaster is on the horizon.
Britannia Season 4 Rating:
There aren’t many shows like Britannia, which is about a made-up story from the past. Fantasy has never been a sure thing in the past, but this show has endured the test of time well.

Britannia has been a great series with a great plot and the right way to do things. The show has slowly moved in the right direction to get the story out to the public.
The parts of this show make it a real entertainer and a lot of fun. This series gets 6.5 out of 10 stars because it could still be better.
