This too, with your best friend? That’s quite the adventure, and it’s all chronicled in Season 2 of Hoshikuzu Telepath, which is known as Stardust Telepath.
Hoshikuzu Telepath, a manga about a boy who goes to space, discovers the cosmos, and builds rockets, first appeared in the August edition of Comic Time Kirara and quickly became a fan favorite.
The manga was picked to be turned into an anime. The news broke in October of 2022, and by October of 2023, the program had debuted.

Rasuko kuma is the creator of the Japanese four-panel manga series Stardust Telepath (Hepburn: Hoshikuzu Terepasu). Serialized in Houbunsha’s seinen comic magazine Manga Time Kirara beginning in May 2019, the series will be collected into four tankbon volumes beginning in September 2023. An anime adaption by Studio Gokumi debuted on TV in October 2023.

Hoshikuzu Telepath Season 2 Storyline:
Umika Konohoshi is a shy young lady who has trouble striking up conversations with strangers. She often felt different from others and questioned her place in the world.
Eventually, the tale focuses on Umika meeting a surprise high school student, Akechi Yuu, who would expose the mystery of her being an extraterrestrial. They immediately begin to connect with one another.
Young Umika Konohoshi is preparing for her first year of high school. However, she has social anxiety since she has trouble talking to other people. She wishes upon a star to meet an extraterrestrial since she feels she would connect better with them.
Umika meets a girl called Yu Akeuchi the following day at school who says she’s an extraterrestrial from another planet. Given that no one else in school shares Umika’s suspicion that she is an extraterrestrial, Yu initiates conversation with her.
She goes on to say that her “foreheadpathy” enables her to understand a person’s feelings just by touching their foreheads together, a skill she describes as “special.”
The next day, Umika informs Yu about her desire to search for aliens in space, and Yu says that, as she is also trying to get back to her native planet, the two of them may work together to achieve their goals.
Yu shows Umika the deserted lighthouse she calls home and says that she wake up there after being lost on Earth and has no recollection of her previous existence.
Umika utilizes foreheadpathy to tell Yu she wants to assist her go home, strengthening their bond as friends. While everything is going on, one of Umika & Yu’s classmates keeps an eye on the lighthouse from afar.
Umika investigates how to construct a rocket to return Yu home, but she gives up after realizing how hard it would be. The following day at school, the vice president of the class, Haruno Takaragi, asks Umika & Yu whether they were at the lighthouse last night. Because Umika is afraid Haruno would report their trespassing to the police, she tells a falsehood.
Haruna, however, reveals that she like lighthouses in general as well as that she thinks Yu is an extraterrestrial. Yu confides in Haruno his ambition to launch a rocket into space, and the latter readily offers to assist him.
The following day, Umika takes many bottles & has Yu & Haruno help her make a bottle rocket as the initial step to assembling a real rocket. When they fire the rocket toward the lighthouse, Umika realizes her fears have vanished along with the rocket they constructed together.
Umika, however, found comfort in the company of Yu Akeuchi, a proclaimed extraterrestrial and new student at school. They were the ideal complement to one another.
Both desired different things: one wanted to travel to space, while the other just wanted to go back home. With the assistance of another student, Haruno Takaragi, who also happens to be the vice president of their class, they finally accomplished their aim of building a rocket.
Matataki Raimon, a mechanic, joined them and together they located the Rocket Research Association and began construction on their spaceship’s rocket.
