Rick Murray, executive producer of Worker bee Documentary Films, worked on the series for three years. The four-part documentary series debuted on January 28, 2022, with the initial two seasons running concurrently on Lifetime and A&E in the US.
The next evening, January 29, the next two programs were shown. On January 29, 2022, Jackson gave fans a sneak peek of a new song called “Luv I Luv” during the closing credits of the previous show. On January 31, 2022, Sky Documentaries and the streaming service NOW in the UK presented the documentary’s world debut.
