But when Mo comes back from jail after almost giving his life to save his brother’s, he has changed a lot. Vader is still the same, and during a robbery, we see that he has learned some new magical skills.
Now, there are numerous unexpected developments in the plot. Vader’s wife, who is also Mo’s ex-wife, is involved, and we see that the two brothers in the Massire family are completely against each other.
Vader even tells one of his goons to take care of Mo, but that didn’t work out so well even though Mo continues to possess great skills that help him defend himself from his brother’s attacks.
There are a lot of exciting action sequences and a huge amount of drama on the show. All of you who like crime dramas should watch this show.

Last season, when Mo got out of jail, people were still going to look for him. They want him to say something about his brother Simon. The criminal underworld is run by these two brothers. They are in charge of the streets of Johannesburg.
A decade ago, these kings pulled off a robbery, and Mo was blamed for it. He went to prison for 10 years.
I thought there would be a big deal made about with this supreme sacrifice, but there wasn’t. No one from his family ever went to see him in jail.
To make things worse, Simon was now dating his brother’s wife, who had left Mo and decided to marry Simon’s brother.
Well, now that Mo is out, things have begun to get tense in the family. They are afraid that when Mo comes out, they will be sent to some kind of eternal hell.
When it turns out that the stranger is a secret agent out to get both brothers, a chance meeting with her turns into something bigger.
Because the kings are afraid of Mo, they decide to kill him. However, they kill Mo’s daughter instead, which makes things even worse.
A investigator named Jasmine is trying to find the brothers, but she dies in the process, putting an end to the search. Now, Mo wants to stop doing crime, but Simon won’t let him. The mermaid, who wants blood, is the supernatural part of the show.
Simon will lose his power if she isn’t fed, causing him to sacrifice his possess son, and that’s where the 1st season ends.

When someone told me about the show, I went back and forth and told other people who liked it as much as I did.
I can’t wait for season 2 because the story is interesting, the cast is great, and the acting is great. For putting Africa on the world stage, Fugerson movies deserve a standing ovation.

Netflix renewed the show a long time ago, but we still don’t know how many episodes there are going to be in this season of The Kings of Jo’burg.
