Mieruko Chan Season 2 Trailer
Mieruko Chan Season 2 Plot
The show is about a high school girl who decided to name Miko Yotsuya, who has the strange and unfortunate ability to see creatures from other worlds. After getting advice from the host of a poltergeist TV show about how to stop her problems, she realizes that the only way out of her situation is to act like they don’t exist at all. But all of this causes her pain, even though she is terrified to the core, she has had to act like nothing is wrong.
The main character of the show is a student in high school named Miko Yotsuya who has a huge and hopeless ability to see aliens. She goes to the host of a paranormal TV show for help, but he tells her the only way to solve her troubles is to simply disregard them and act like they never happened.
“The Girl Who Sees, Mieruko-chan,” the last episode of Mieruko Chan’s first season, ended the show on a funny note with a cliffhanger. Zen is free of guilt after the ghost of his mother is destroyed. His pet kitten’s spirit dies peacefully while Miko figures out how Zen can get a new kitten that was just rescued.
Zen attacks a guy who is thought to have hurt cats, but his whereabouts are still unknown as missing posters are put up. Miko decides to thank the holiest spirits for helping her, but the spirits get mad and try to eat her. She wakes up and realizes it was all a dream.
After getting used to ignoring ghosts, Miko goes back to her normal life, but she can’t stop wondering why she’s able to see them. She heads home with Hana as well as Yulia, but then we observe that the shrine lasses are secretly following her.
The second season of Mieruko Chan will pick up where the first one left off. In the manga, there will be a new character who is a stalker that Miko is interested in. The person who is following them will be an illusionist who can see ghosts and scare them away with magic stones.
Mitsue ran away to the country after having to close her shop at the end of season 1, but she will be back in season 2 of Mieruko Chan. Miko will figure out that Mitsue is an entity from the netherworld as well as tell Miko that lasses come from a different world. Speaking of maidens, humans already knew that Miko had used up her wishes and that the three damsels were now following her. In the second season, they will fight with each other again.
In the first period of Mieruko chan, many questions were never answered or solved. As Miko’s father’s ghost wanders around the house, we never find out how he died. Second, Yulia or Miko have special abilities, and the exhibition never helps explain why Yuka can only see auras whilst also Miko can perceive the ghostly incarnation itself. Season 2 will clear this up and show how these two compare in terms of power.
We also don’t know what happened to the person who killed the cat because Zen was tasering him the last time we saw him. In season two, we hope to find out what Zen did to Yajiro Tanka. There isn’t much known about the shrine maidens or why they give Miko “only three” wishes. Since they almost ate Mieruko in the initial season, they’ll likely be the main bad guys in the second season.
Lastly, people would want to understand why Miko could see ghosts and how she gets these otherworldly powers. The first season of Mieruko Chan set up a lot of interesting storylines and questions that will be answered in the second season.
