Toga acknowledges that she sucked blood from humans out of love and jealousy, but she feels that if she had received affection sooner, she could have been able to use her blood to rescue lives.
As the chapter comes to a close, Ochako and Toga are both resting on the ground after Toga has released a young bird into the air. The editor also inserts a letter, wishing Weekly Shonen Jump a happy 55th birthday and thanking the authors for allowing their work to be included in the magazine’s back issues.
The conflict between All Might & All For One will undoubtedly continue in the next My Hero Academia Chapter 397, and although the former seems to be winning at the moment, we are certain that All Might will soon suffer a crushing defeat at the hands of the latter.
The prophesy that Nighteye had made could still come true, as All could had prophesied, unless All Might modifies it as Deku did.
