Together with Taylor Sheridan, Sylvester Stallone is a television celebrity today thanks to the mafia crime thriller Tulsa King, a Paramount Plus series of its own.

The crime drama Tulsa King is set in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The official summary is as follows:

“Tulsa King follows New York mafia leader Dwight ‘The General’ Manfredi shortly after he is summarily deported to Tulsa by his master after serving 25 years in jail.

Dwight steadily assembles a “crew” out of a collection of odd personalities in order to help him create a new crime empire at a location that, to him, may as well be a different planet after realizing that his mafia family might not be acting in his best interests.
