Let’s talk about the season one cliffhanger first before we go into the potential With Love the second season story. It was once again Christmastime, and everything was happy.
Charlie spent Christmas with Sol & Miles and the whole Diaz family, so it was obvious that they were doing fantastic. Lily & Santiago were still together, Henry & Jorge were back in Portland and leading their best life, and Lily & Santiago were still together.
The cliffhanger at this point was a wedding ring. Nobody knows who it belongs to, but it’s obvious that With Love Season 2 will feature an engaged couple in the initial episode, or at least that’s our hope. Although Sol and Miles are our pick for the couple in With Love the Second Season, feel free to share your predictions in the comments.
It will be intriguing to see whether the writers continue the previous seasons’ trend, when each episode was themed on a holiday or celebration, apart from the engagement or even a probable wedding.
There will undoubtedly be some wonderful moments in With Love Season 2, but there will also be sadder moments, and just like any other program, the consequences will be bigger.
Everything tells us that Henry will regret quitting his big, glamorous career in LA and that Santiago & Lily won’t be on the same page regarding marriage.
We don’t know what Season 2 of With Love has in store for all of our favorite characters, but we certainly hope Lily and Jorge stay in Portland together because, just as much as they need one another, so do the viewers!
