A Returner’s Magic Should Be Special Chapter 243 Storyline:

Most people on Earth died a decade ago when their reality turned into a shadow version of itself. Out of 150 million magicians that ventured into the Shadow Labyrinth, only six managed to escape and preserve the world.

After much struggle, the surviving wizards vanquish Boromir Napolitan, the dungeon ruler. Following the conflict, the six reminisce about their journey.

But then the dragon’s heart bursts, unleashing the immense mana it had stockpiled, enough to wipe out the planet and wipe out the surviving magicians. Just before the admittance ceremony of Hebrion Academy, Desir Herrman, among the last six, finds himself transported back in time thirteen years.

An instructor at the institution named Brigitte breaks out the admission test and its goal: to pass a pseudo-Shadow World. Desir is escorted to the testing area by Ladoria Doriche, a second-year student & fire mage, who approaches him in the school courtyard. According to Desire, the beta class at Hebrion Academy receives a subpar education since the school discriminates against commoners by automatically assigning them to the beta class instead than the alpha class, regardless of their test results.

As Desir makes his way to the testing area, he encounters Romantica Eru, a fallen comrade from a past reality. Elheim Trikincy, a second-year alpha grade scholar whom Ladoria hates, mocks him as he passes by.

The tutor of Desir, Elheim, brings her to Azest Kingscrown, the one who killed Napolitan in a past reality, before the test. With the start of the test comes an artificial shadow world where Desir, Romantica, Azest, & three other hopefuls must race against the clock to see who can reach the goal first, using any methods necessary.

As the test starts, Azest sprints towards the goal, Desir and Romantica join forces to eliminate one of the three other candidates; the applicant almost strikes Romantica with his assault, but Azest manages to knock out the other two.

After that, Romantica fights Desir. Desir uses reversal spells to oppose strong wind spells that cascade down. Then, to get to Azest faster, Desir uses a fireball outline on himself.

Once again, Desir defeats Azest and crosses the goal first by using inverted spells. Romantica finishes third and passes the test after crossing the goal, while Azest crosses second.

Readers may get some answers about Priscilla’s role in the devastation and her motivations in Chapter 232. There may be new layers to the plot and important character secrets revealed if the information comes to light. At the same time, Desir’s choice to demolish the system can cause more problems and wars across the society.

Chapter 242 of A Returner’s Magic Should Be Special shows that both sides make strategic preparation for the impending conflict. The empire involves educating frantically to construct magical barriers to ward off Desir and control his abilities.

To make sure the shields are put in place on time, Pugman is working like a boss. Their battle against Desir will be victorious in the end, according to Brigette.

The shields have given the imperial army confidence that they can repel a Pram assault. A familiar adversary, one that Pram has defeated before, awaits him in combat. Because his opponent is more technologically advanced and has more control over the ambient aura, Pram is disadvantaged.

The Empire has done a lot to be ready to fight Pram and Desir, but they’re up against a shadowy enemy who looks like the Joker and might swing the war in their favor. The two factions will presumably engage in a magical and tactical clash in the next chapters as they fight for dominance.
