Ashim Ahluwalia translated the Spanish series Elite into the Indian Hindi criminal drama thriller series Class. It is set at Hampton International, a fictitious exclusive high school in Delhi, and concentrates upon the connections between 3 working-class students enrolled at the school & their rich classmates. Bodhi Tree Multimedia & Future East Film collaborated to create the series.

Casteism, child maltreatment, corruption, homophobia, religious prejudice, and wealth disparity in India are just few of the social topics that the show addresses. In February 3, 2023, Netflix premiered the eight-episode series Class. Netflix announced the renewal for an additional season on March 6, 2023.

The incoming students at Hampton International, among the best schools in the area, show little restraint in their contempt for three scholarship recipients.

While she and Neeraj were trying to flee, Sharan found them and beat them to death with her Hampton Gold medal. He had arrested her because the phone she had taken from Koel & her family carried embarrassing information about them. Sharan, his shirt stained with Suhani’s blood, fled the scene and made a beeline for Koel.

Despite her initial shock, she discards the murder weapon together with Sharan’s bloodstained clothing. After some time had passed, she seemed to have forgiven his behavior. She promises her parents, “I won’t let anybody destroy our family’s name.”

However, just as the credits roll, Koel and Sharan are hit with a horrible surprise. I can be silent if there’s anything in it for me. scans through the text message on their phone.

Is Balli threatening to kill them? The scholarship recipient is the prime suspect since he saw Sharan, covered in Suhani’s blood, pass the phone to Koel. But was someone else also paying attention?

They may all be doomed and Neeraj may finally be free since Sharan’s shirt has floated to the upper part of the river from where Koel dropped it, and the Hampton Gold trophy is sitting just below the surface on some rocks.

Suhani stole a cell phone in the final episode of the season that had information that may have destroyed Koel’s and her family’s reputations.

After an argument over the phone grows, Sharan approaches Suhani, but ends up killing her by beating her with her Hampton Gold trophy.

After finding Koel, Sharan washes off the blood of Suhani and helps him destroy the evidence. While this is going on, Neeraj finds Suhani’s corpse on campus & is subsequently imprisoned for her murder when Dheeraj delivers a statement to the police confessing he witnessed Neeraj depart the scene.

But then, just when it seems like they have gotten off with it, an anonymous text arrives with the words “I can maintain my voice silent, but what was in it for me?” and a picture of Sharan in the bloodied shirt is sent to both Koel and Sharan.

Balli is the prime suspect since he saw Sharan hand over the stolen cellphone to Koel after Suhani’s murder, but was anybody else watching?

After the inexplicable arson of their former school, Dheeraj, Saba, & Balli, three pupils from Delhi’s working class, are moved to the exclusive Hampton International.

The other students make fun of the three straight away because of how they look and how little money they have. Veer, whose father Suraj Ahuja controls Ahuja Properties, picks on Dheeraj because of their shared business connection.

Suhani, Veer’s younger sister, takes a shine to Dheeraj. Because Saba is Muslim and the principal has forbidden her to wear the ‘hijab’ at school, she is the target of racist and sexist remarks.

Students at Balli’s school look down on him because of his chatty personality, but he ends up helping Dhruv, the principal’s son, buy narcotics from Faruq, Saba’s brother and a local drug dealer.

In the meanwhile, Dheeraj’s brother Neeraj gets freed from jail after serving time for organizing a demonstration against Ahuja Properties. Saba witnesses Veer and Yashika engaging in sexual activity in a vehicle at Hampton International.

As soon as Yashika saw Saba, she shouts. The following day, at the Ahujas’ house, Yashika dares Veer to lose Saba’s virgin as videotape it, and Veer accepts the challenge.

Dhruv texts Faruq while intoxicated, and Faruq promptly departs after meeting with him. Koel woos and sleeps with Balli. Sharan, her boyfriend, comes upon them but does nothing to stop them.

Dheeraj dance with Suhani, but later the two have a fight as she brings up an old family dispute. Present day reveals that Suhani was killed in a parking garage, prompting a police inquiry.

For their lesson, Suhani and Dheeraj team up. Saba is annoyed because Veer keeps following her around. He decides to see her strict Muslim parents over her objections, but the move backfires in a minor way.

Saba begins to relax her guard around him. After being threatened by convicts from the Chowdhury prison, Neeraj confides in Dheeraj that he owes the inmates 15 lakh rupees.

Dheeraj feels bad about Neeraj’s request to rob Suhani’s residence because of the money. In this scene, Koel manipulates Sharan into sleeping with Balli. The current plot is the revelation the Suhani was pregnant all along.
