Everyone in Umetarou Nozaki’s “crew” will be there for the drama club’s outing. Nozaki’s mind immediately leaps to manga-related situations. Mikoto Mikoshiba, however, has had enough of his tales and has told him to snap out of it.
At the same time, Chiyo Sakura can’t believe that Nozaki hasn’t paid her any compliments. Then he invites her to take swimming with him, informing her that her “float” is perfect.
In the meanwhile, a weary Yuu Kashima visits Hori-senpai. He asks her, “Are the girls bothering you again?” out of concern. Asked what’s wrong, she nervously replies that the lads won’t stop bothering her.
Hori, having grasped the gravity of the situation, is at a loss for words. When she escapes and goes swimming with Hori, he becomes quite irritated by her pranks.
Similarly, Mikoshiba has gone in search of Kashima. Some of the females want to play beach ball with him or invite him swimming. A game-related scenario pops into his head, and he wonders which “route” he must follow to win.
But now that he knows how his sensei would react, he can’t believe he had to go with option C. His “game-related” replies to their questions continue to give the impression to the ladies that his summer are very unusual.
When the females surround him, Hirotaka Wakamatsu ducks behind Seo-senpai to protect himself. As Nozaki, Sakura, & Mikoshiba watch them, they see nothing out of the ordinary happening in the story.
Sakura confides in Seo that she is eagerly anticipating an exciting development. Seo dives under the surface of the sea unexpectedly, emerging moments later to direct the three swimmers Wakamatsu, Nozaki, & Mikoshiba to a certain location. When Sakura inquires as to what she did, Seo explains that she cut the drawstrings off of their shorts. Then Sakura overhears the boys’ screams of terror.
Chiyo Sakura is the name of a young girl who plays a major role in this anime. This is her tale. Umetarou Nozaki, a fellow student, is one of her peers. She is a cheerful senior who enjoys him. Someone else writes the “Let’s Fall in Love” manga.
Umetarou mistook Chiyo for a fan when she confessed her love to him, and signed an autograph for her. Umetaoru invites Chiyo into his house and instructs her in art when she tells him she wishes to be with them. Although he first refuses to serve as her assistant, he eventually gives in so that he may be with her more often.
Let’s Fall in Love features a working couple. In addition to working on the comic with Chiyo and Umetarou, they also get to hang out with some of their classmates.
