Today on Amazon Prime Video Without remorse by Stefano Sollima, a new film based on the writer's works, makes its debut Tom Clancy that sees Michael B. Jordan in the role of John Clark.
John Clark (real name John Kelly) is the second most famous character in Tom Clancy's narrative universe after the famous Jack Ryan and, in addition to having appeared in many of the 'Ryanverse' novels, he has also been seen in cinemas from time to time.
John Clark's first performance was by Willem Dafoe, who took on the role of the special soldier in Under the sign of danger by Philip Noyce, the second chapter in the saga of Jack Ryan starring Harrison Ford. Several years later it was instead the turn of Liev Schreiber, che fu John Clark in At the top of the tension by Philip Alden Robinson, in which Jack Ryan is portrayed by Ben Affleck.
Without remorse represents the first true film focused exclusively on John Clark, with Michael B. Jordan come protagonista ready to return also in any subsequent films. Written by Taylor Sheridan and based on the novel of the same name 'Without Remorse', not surprisingly the first that Clancy dedicated to John Clark, the film tells the character's 'origin story': is available from today for all Amazon Prime Video subscribers.
